Matching happens within 24–48 hours. We look at trade, location, project size, and contractor capacity — not whoever clicks first.

Review Bids Privately
You receive structured bids with pricing, timeline, and contractor background. No contact info exchanged yet. You stay completely anonymous.
Each bid includes labor cost, material cost, proposed start and completion dates, and the contractor's full profile.

When you're ready, request contact with one contractor at a time — sequentially. Both parties receive each other's info at the same time.
You control the pace. Review Contractor 1 first. If it's not a fit, move to Contractor 2. BidBridge's role ends at the introduction.

Submit your application with license and insurance documentation. We verify your credentials based on your trade specialty — licensed trades checked against TDLR and state records.
Verification typically takes 24–48 hours. You'll receive a Verified badge once approved, which unlocks the ability to submit bids.

Once verified, you receive email alerts when a project matches your trade specialties and the cities you serve. No irrelevant projects.
You're matched based on your trade focus, service area, and project size capacity — not just whoever's listed first.

Review Full Project Details
Before bidding, you can access the complete project description, budget range, blueprints, and client requirements. No blind quoting.
You see everything the client posted. If it's not a fit for your crew or schedule, you can skip it — no penalty.

Win the Job. Pay the Fee.
If the client selects you, both parties receive each other's contact info simultaneously. You're now connected directly. Small fee only when you win.
Fee structure: 2% for $10K–$100K · tiered above $100K · flat $150 if the final contract comes in under $10K. Self-reported within 14 days of contract signing.

Client Privacy is Absolute
No contractor sees your name, phone, or email unless you explicitly request contact. Not before. Not by default.
Max 3 Contractors Per Project
We never match more than 3 contractors to any single project. You get curated options, not a bidding mob.
Clients Are Always Free
No exceptions. Posting, receiving bids, and connecting are all free for the client. Only contractors pay — only when they win.
Verification Before Bidding
No contractor can submit a bid until they've been manually reviewed and approved. Verification is not optional.
One Contact at a Time
Clients request contact sequentially — Contractor 1, then 2 if needed, then 3. No mass reveals.

What happens after contact is made?
Once a client requests contact with a contractor, both parties receive each other's full contact information — name, phone, and email — simultaneously. From that point, the project is entirely between the client and the contractor. BidBridge Texas does not mediate negotiations, contracts, payments, or project management. We make the introduction. You take it from there.
